Refund policy

We value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, we will still provide a return shipping label, and there is no charge for return shipping.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees. ($0.00 Restocking Fee)

4. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at sarjanaahmed1@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned to ensure safety and hygiene. These include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

6. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

8. Refunds Process We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
